Breakfast today was strawberries and cottage cheese. Lunch 1 was a small veggie pizza ( 450 cals ), then i went to the gym and did some weights. Lunch #2 was veggie stuffed peppers. Home, i had most of a box of veggie chicken nuggets. Later i will have a salad with tuna, and maybe one of my low-carb fat free hot cocoas:

2 cups skim milk
1 heaping teaspoon chocolate powder
1 packet of pink sweetener
1 packet of blue sweetener

Nuke the milk and chocolate, and stir in the sweetener, adding a dash of vanilla if so desired.

I'll do some yoga later while watching battlestar galactica.
